WE’RE HIRING — JOIN OUR TEAM

AI Automation & Research Analyst
We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely comfortable working with AI tools day-to-day and has some coding ability to build simple automations. Someone who can take a messy, manual process and turn it into something faster and more repeatable. A background in finance or analysis is a strong advantage, but it is not a primary requirement.
Please send your CV or resume to careers@omaha.id
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain lightweight automation tools and pipelines — e.g. document/data extraction from PDFs, news digest systems, scheduled data pulls, simple crawlers
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as a core part of daily workflow — not just for occasional help, but to actually produce output: summarizing documents, classifying content, drafting analysis, building decks
- Knows the basic-intermediate code to connect tools together, automate repetitive tasks, or extract structured data from unstructured sources
- Support investment research tasks when needed — reading company filings/reports, organizing data, helping build financial models
- Build presentation decks (PowerPoint) for internal use and external presentations
- Proactively look for tasks that are still manual and figure out how to automate or speed them up with AI
- Ideal Skill Set:
- Strong, hands-on familiarity with AI tools — comfortable prompting effectively, chaining tasks, and using AI for real production work, not just casual use
- Basic to intermediate coding skills; comfortable with things like APIs, simple scripts, scheduled tasks
- Curious and self-directed
- Comfortable working with messy/unstructured data (PDFs, scanned documents, inconsistent formats)
- Nice to Have (Plus Points):
- Experience with automation platforms or tools like GitHub Actions, web scraping, or no-code/low-code tools
- Background in financial/equity analysis, accounting, or investment research
- Interest in capital markets
